📦 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Timing of the credit may vary based on your card issuer’s policies

🚚 Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defect
